It was a very close fight. Though a 'draw' would be an ideal result, but if you follow any kind of sports as long as I am, you'll know that an athlete's name and reputation significantly affects judgement. Lomachenko, for example, did greatly outclass Russell Jr. Not even the commentators had him losing and he won almost all rounds in their scorecards. The judges, however, scored him narrowly and with one draw. Years later after he is raised into one of the biggest star in boxing, the judges gave him very generous scores, that is almost unfair, of 119, 119 and 118 against Campbell.
This clearly wasn't a robbery, and I'd have to go out of my way to find 7 rounds for Dev, maybe 6 like one of the judges. And I've read on here some people calling 115-112 too wide...how can 7-5 be too wide??
