Not mention that Hagler &GGG both a hard to catch cleanly. Both are willing to take one when they have there man going ,but generally they are both a bit more slippery than they appear, watch that slow Mo put up on chenko/ GGG fight ... lovely to watch ...
Seeing that Golovkin is not a very good in=fighter, I'd say Tommy Hearns would knock Golovkin clean out!
Quite a few, he’s not a terminator, Kell brook visibly stunned him. So if we are talking about a knockdown and not knockout then- - hagler - pavlik - SRR - canelo - Toney - monzon - Julian jackson - McClellan
RJJ, Benn? GGG hasn’t really faced any murderous punchers to say he’s unknockoutable. Canelo is a very good puncher but we all saw his punches bouncing off Chavez Jr. Sure Chavez was bigger and had a good chin but mirderous punchers usually get through that. Haglers chin was far more tested.
I see Hagler wearing GGG out and then stopping him. I don't think Jackson is durable enough for GGG but he can knock him out. Monzon would beat him up. Probably won't stop him though. As someone else mentioned, Kell Brook had him reeling. He's never really faced an awesome puncher to deserve ATG chin status.
Am I the only person who never saw kell Brook hurt golovkin? I remember him looking suprised at an uppercut
but that is different Eggy, Kell was a WW really. As you know, WWs are 3Gs kryptonite, but this question is about MWs.
Hearns would have landed more than Lem mid 80`s and even shook Hagler with right hand in 'the war' if anyone could, Hearns could and maybe Julian Jackson because of his hand speed, but he couldn`t drop G-man so probably couldn`t drop GGG who rides shots well also.
