Who has Price ko'd to indicate he can stop Chisora?
Out boxing Dave Allen has never been a feat,4 fight novice Tony Yoka beat him!
Chisora 's fight has gone from a near 50/50 to a 80/20 proposition and I don't shell out for those kind of walkovers!
This is a cynical mismatch,I'm very dissapointed in Hearn foisting this on the public as a PPV.
If he couldn't get a credible opponent he should have taken the hit and made it a free viewing promotion.
Too many casuals who just go for a night out a couple of highly overpriced tepid lagers ,a slice of pizza and will only be interested in a couple of bouts, and gullible fans who will pay to watch it on TV allow this kind of match making to occur.
And every time they do. with the promoters still making a healthy profit, sends a signal to them that they can get away with this kind of mis match.
I didnt go to Dubois' last fight because I knew the likely result beforehand, as anyone with common sense would have done. The only way you will stop this kind of **** take is by voting with your feet and keeping your money in your pocket!
If this promotion does healthy figures, where is the incentive for Hearn to pay a better qualified opponent to face Chisora next time?
By paying to watch this you are sending Warren and Hearn entirely the wrong message! imo.

I never implied you did,I addressed your opening remark which was this.
"I think Price’s only hope is to knock Chisora out"
Since this is extremely unlikely ,it means Price is virtually a no hoper in this contest!
ie It's a mismatch ,with Price not even having a punchers chance of winning!
Nothing wrong with my reading comprehension, but yours has been brought into question!

Give it a rest Tonto, it's twenty quid to see two top class talents go at it for world honours, and an undercard with 3 interesting bouts. You'd have a point if this was the main event, but it's not, so I don't see why you're whining.

    It's a good card.

I'm saying it isnt a PPV . If you think its worth your money pay for it ,I won't!
ps It;s a joint main event when I googled tickets a week ago they wanted £96 no thanks!
I'll maybe watch it Sunday morning for nothing ,if it goes past 2 rds that is!
Just remember all the time you are content with this calbre of joint main event it's all you will get,or deserve.

To say Price doesn't have a puncher's chance is beyond delusional. Chisora is heavy, heavy favourite but let's not act like Price's punches are powder-puff.

I'd watch this although I give Price little chance. Its a question of him keeping Chisora off him the whole fight which I don't see. I think Price might look pretty good for four or five rounds then get caught when his stamina dips. So I got it Chisora by KO in the mid rounds. Price could hurt him as well though so I'd give him a punchers chance, Dereck has a decent jaw but its not infallible, plus he took a bad KO that may have had an effect.

Loom, PPV is what it is these days. Unfortunately boxing isn't the draw what it was. Fights that previously would have been terrestrial and made a **** load off big companies advertising around the fight knowing people will be watching now go on PPV because it isn't the same audience.

Let's not mess about and say that the shows of old were amazing though. Lennox Lewis vs Frank Bruno - massive British heavyweight world title fight. Cardiff arena. Huge. Chief support? Ross Hale vs Carlos Chase.

Price has legitimate power, the problem has been the delivery of that power with his poor hand speed/timing, punch output, slow feet & anxiety. You can never totally write him off, but Chisora will have a lot of joy moving around Price’s jab. He’ll hammer that body & land that overhand right.

Comparing Dubois Tetteh with Chisora Price is not analogous whatsoever. Price is a good short notice replacement coming off a decent performance, irrespective of his chances to win the fight this is an exciting domestic heavyweight scrap. It'll be a fun fight and a good compliment to the main event; I do agree though that it isn't a good PPV card overall

He is a decent short notice opponent if you don't care about Price's health and think this bill justifies a PPV.I dont think it does and so I , not only won't be going to it ,I won't be paying to watch it at home either.
You've made your choice ,and I've made mine, both our prerogatives .
Lets resume this after the fight!

Chisora can just about be considered a fringe contender now. Price has never been more than domestic level and never the standout there.

Ach not near as good an overall match up in Parker in terms of world stage but Price does punch and someone should get KO’d on way or another!
