Lewis could pull a Foreman and fight all 4 the same night.... And he would still win big. None, not one of the fighters today would be a real threat from the Liston era through the Lewis era
Lewis wasn't Superman. Ruiz should exceed Tua's performance because he's more skilled and taller than Tua. Mercer was somewhat similar to Ruiz and had some success, but Lewis wasn't really at his best. Lewis would probably win an 8-4 decision. Joshua wouldn't see the final bell. He'd do better than Grant, but worse than Bruno. Fury should do okay, but ultimately the guy has very little offense. Lewis should win 8-4 or 7-5 in a stinker. A Wilder fight would be fun. Lewis would probably get lured into a shootout and take some big punches. He'd probably get an edge by wearing Wilder down in clinches and get a stoppage in the mid rounds. Wilder does have the potential to knock Lewis out, or get himself knocked out early.
Lennox was a apex super heavyweight and would beat all of them. Joshua k.o. round 3 Ruiz k.o. round 4 Wilder t.k.o. round 9 Fury likely a u.d. or late stoppage
Edited: Steward Lennox was a apex super heavyweight and would beat all of them. Joshua k.o. round 2 Ruiz k.o. round 4 Wilder gets decisioned unanimously by. Fury 12th round stoppage Pre-Steward Lewis: Stops Joshua in 2. Ruiz gets unanimously decisioned (loss) 12 Gets ko'd by Wilder in 3. Gets decisioned by Fury.
I think he might have been going for humorous exaggeration. At least, I hope lol. I can see Deontay knocking pre-Steward Lewis silly.
Your telling me that Fury wouldn't be a threat against guys from the early 80s? He'd be the second best HW after Holmes
I actually think that goes worst for Wilder than the measured Lewis. The only real difference in results I have for this one between the two Lewis's is that he'd stop Fury and get stopped by Ruiz, as opposed to beating Fury and Ruiz on points
He'd wreck every single one of them. Wilder might be a slight danger, but Lewis would just do a Botha/Golota on him. And when Lennox came on early, you were absolutely screwed. He was scary AND devastating when he chose to come out like a raging bull. He'd fold Ruiz in half. TKO's Parker. TKO's AJ. Probably kills Whyte. Fury would give him a slight problem for a short while, but Lennox was a master, so he'd figure him out by R4. Add to that that Lennox would have NOTHING to fear coming back, and Tyson doesn't see past R7. Lennox was in a different class.
I think if Ruiz got one of those Joshua-ruining shots in on pre-Steward LL, the latter would be finished. However, I see Andy getting his ears boxed off and then impaled by the overhand by Steward LL.
hmm i hate Wilder but if Lennox got lured in to a brawl I see him getting knocked out. If he fights cautious with the occasional attacking foray he should beat all of the current crop
Yep it was.... But it was fun lol. But I still believe Lewis beats all four convincingly.... Just on diffrent nights.
