    Day lands a nice right to begin the round. Then digs a left hook to the body while retreating. Conwell taking over again, picking his shots well. Landing thudding rights and jabs. Day counters with a hook. Both men jabbing. Then a flurry of head an body shots hurt Day. Conwell warned for low blows. So he goes all out with hooks to the head.

    Both men jabbing, Conwell's landing more. Hooks to the body from Conwell. Body work from Conwell. One twos from Day. Conwell corners him lands massive left hook to the head. Day took it well. Day landing more. Conwell landing harder. Another tight one.

    Conwell going for it early in the 8th, walking him down easily outworking him. Catching Day's output on his arms, firing back in combination. Both men land hard left hooks to the body. Conwell with a sustained body attack. Hard left hooks to the head of Day. Vicious straight right deposits Day on his backside before the bell. He makes it back up. The bell sounds.

    Conwell being cautious looking for the perfect shot. Day not taking advantage of the low output. Day lands a one two to the head. Then Conwell fires off a body shot and a right up top. Day now pressuring Conwell. Conwell letting his hands go late. Lands several one twos.
