Washington sucks. He prefers to box(despite not being very good) and isn't a particularly hard puncher despite his recent come from behind win against a shot to pieces Helenius. Usyk would school and batter him into submission without much difficulty.

Washington had some potential but isn't a natural fighter, you can tell he came from football,at least I can. These types are easy to spot ,they do some things real good where the other stuff is out of sync . Washingtons ability is severly limited though ,hes one of the better football guys trying boxing ,gave a decent account in some fights but usyk is all wrong for him . Easy win by UD or stoppage .

Washington is not a top 10 guy ,not even near it anymore. When he fought Wilder he was making strides and doing things Wilder let him get away with bc of his own abilities lacking, Miller just ran him over and Kownacki just clobbered him, you get something in the middle with Usyk, and Washington mentally quits by round 8 if hes still standing.

Washington is a step back, not forwards. Usyk vs Kownacki would be a better fight.

Washington, like a lot of guys who start boxing later, doesn’t have any built in defensive reflexes when he has to deal with a barrage of punches. It’s why he did better against low volume fighters like Wilder and Helenius than guys like Kownacki and Miller. Usyk’s capable of throwing a comparable volume to Kownacki, with incomparably better speed, accuracy and timing. The “deer in headlights” allegory and what would obviously follow that situation sum up how this fight was would go well. Usyk would get him out of there in 4-6.

It would be incredibly one sided and brutal. But yeah better fight on paper for sure.

Washington would create even less problems for Usyk than Witherspoon did. Chazz at least has good fundamentals that enabled him to catch Usyk a couple of times. Washington's fundamentals are bad, Usyk would toy with him.
