Difference between 92-93 Holyfield and 99 Holyfield is MUCH bigger than the difference between 99 and 02 Holyfield. Only stupid person can deny this
its up to usyk to prove him wrong if usyk fails that means he was overated if he succeeds he was underated
I was never as upset about anything posted on boxing forum (by you or anybody else) as you were upset by the list of amateur losses of Floyd Mayweather Jr. that I've posted in another thread.
Tow of those versions were heavyweight champions. The other wouldn't go on to beat a single top ten heavyweight contender.
He beat Hasim Rahman just 6 months before facing Byrd. The same Rahman went 1-1 against the best heavyweight in the world in Lennox Lewis in his last two fights before facing Holyfield. Rahman was top 5 heavyweight when Holyfield beat him

Looks that way doesn't it, Holy said the best big guy he fought was Bowe, cant really count Boxers opinions in that department though can you. Holy and Bowe 1, you can pick them two up drop them in to the golden era of the heavies and h2h they probably beat them all, I must have watched that fight 100 times, brutal and great fighters that night, shame Bowe couldn't be disciplined and keep it up !
He is a question mark. Witherflab asked no questions of him, that a current top level heavyweight would ask. Dillian Whyte, Chisora, Parker, Ortiz, etc. would be better measuring sticks.
So Rahman was more appropriate? What about him trying to fave Johnson? Lewis admitted he hated southpaws and how many did he face in hus career?
