    Boxing has to be the only sport where fans believe the participants get worse with every generation.

    Does Usyk have a more impressive CW resume than Holyfield? Arguably.

    Does Usyk beat Holyfield? Not a chance.

    Usyk wouldn't beat Holyfield. Usyk would shut Holyfield out, humiliatingly.

    Usyk made Tony Bellew look like Mayweather for 4 rounds but he humiliates and shuts out Holyfield. I don’t think I’ve ever heard such a DKSAB comment in my entire life.

    Holy didn't stay at cruiserweight very long. I doubt if Usyk equals Holy at heavyweight. :cheer:

    Usyk has the better resume at cruiser than Holyfield. Holyfield is more proven at heavyweight.

    As to who would win H2H, I'm not totally sure, but I favour Usyk.

    Why? Because he's about working his opponent out, and dismantling them through their flaws. Holyfield was more exciting, but he could get sucked into brawls and get sucked into trying to KO guys. Usyk has no such problem. He stays out of trouble, downloads the opponent's data and then scrambles them.

    its not really true, holy made a few more defences.

    ie isaid, its close but holy is ahead, to reverse it is a lie.

    You know who else Holyfield was better than?

    Moorer, Byrd, Ibragimov, and Toney. But, all of them were either southpaws, slick fighters, or both.

    It would've been a hell of a fight, but there's nothing based on Evander's real life track record to suggest he's got an easy night stylistically vs Usyk.

    I do think it'd be a hell of a fight, and I give Evander a ton of props for fighting everyone regardless of whether he had a styles advantage
