AJ is sparring with a heavyweight that is 6'1 and chubby like Ruiz, but is this enough to help him face a clever fighter like Ruiz?

It might help him mentally visualize winning :campeon: against Ruiz this time

Well it's better than facing someone who isn't built like him and fights nothing like him

What fighter out there is there that even matches Ruiz's dimensions that has the same handspeed?
That has to be a hard type guy to find.

I respect what he is doing. Trying out all sorts of training regimen to ensure that he will be ready and competitive for the rematch rather than being unprepared and make up excuses after the fight.
    Good for the sport.
Go for it AJ , give the boxing fans what we deserve for our money !

Didn't know the All You Can Eat buffet had ranked fighters.

Also, inb4 Joshua KOd in sparring resurfaces again.

I don't think Ruiz beat AJ by being clever. He beat him by just whooping his ass.

    Ruiz shook him like AC\DC.

He just needs a guy that's a similar height with quick hands. Ripped or chubby dosent really matter in my opinion.

No, he needs to do more training then sparring a 6'1" to get ready for Ruiz.

He should be sparring a quick fighter who can deliver punches fast and Joshua would then have hold and reset and use his jab and land the right then hold. Slow down the pace.. no exchanges.

Would be to get sparring that can replicate Ruiz

Shorter, chubby, fast hands... we all know that. But he's not afraid to stand in punching range, let Joshua throw his shots to then get his own shots off himself.

I swear, the way you guys hate AJ is unprecedented. Of COURSE he is sparring against a guy who looks and fights like Ruiz. What is he supposed to do, fight a tall, in shape lefty? Come on, get over yourselves and just watch the fight on December 7th. You won't have to speculate at all after that. If AJ loses, then all of you guys who hate him can talk all you want. But when he KO's this little fat turd, then i want you all to keep that same energy...
