What are some examples of a fighter that were feared and not many wanted to deal with, fighters brought terror to the division to the point that they were avoided like the plague.

Guillermo Rigondeaux was one, especially after what he did to Donaire. No other fighters wanted any part of him.

Luis Ortiz for some unknown reason. Most well schooled Cuban fighters end up Boogeymen.

The whole of Murderer's Row. GGG was at one point. Ezzard Charles at LHW, Wills maybe?

Some people would say Margarito and Williams

As of recently it kinda feels like Errol Spence maybe? Doesn’t seem like Crawford, Thurman, few others, want any part of him

Most heavyweight contenders and the middleweight champ wanted nothing to do with Mitchell. He gave Sullivan and Kilrain hell.

Pre championship Marvin Hagler fits nicely. The top end certainly weren't lining up to fight him.

Some will also remember it took quite a while for SRR to get his shot.

John, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that Marv didn't get a shot until approximately his 49th professional fight. That is insane.
