max is the best boxing analyst out there regardless of how boxing nerds with hurt feeling feel about him. thats just how it is. if this is all just about patting each other on the back and pretending I love boxing more than you do, im a bigger fanboy... then carry on. if its about the truth, then make it about the truth.

 

No bullsh!t Govzdyk did quit after 5 or 6 rounds mentally he was beaten, does anyone not remember that point where Govzdyk got hit with a body shot and started shaking his hand like he hurt his wrist the ref even called time for a second or 2. Boxing is a gladiator sport maybe I have a different mindset because I actually wanted to box when I was younger, but boxing is the one sport you can't play at any time something can happen but you take those risk at the end of the day he made the best decision for him to quit the bout but it doesn't change that he did

Honestly man I was like 14/15 had a few matches grew up a fan of Floyd Mike and Roy was actually pretty good I'm naturally left handed but learned to box as a right handed fighter so always had pretty decent power for my division in both hands and could switch hit. But I had a lot of friends who did music and that was also a passion of mine with music comes groupies and parties as a teenager going through it telling me I can't have sex during camp or go to parties like that I just didn't have the disciple...knowing what I know now that if your good enough and have a good enough mouth piece you can make a 100mil I regret I never stuck with it to this day.

Hell i look at a guy like Broner or even a well known guy like Crawford and think damn should of stuck with it, seriously it not like right now is the early 00's how many REAL killers are out there that even as a fan you feel like is a real dog maybe a dozen or so in all of boxing.

i dont like his preference for slicksters, but the guy knows his ****, and hes consistent in his views, which are better informed than most anyone else in his position.
