Not sure where the idea that he lost 44 pounds came from, but: https://www.*******.com/andy-ruiz-talks-training-weight-journey-losing-10-pounds--143538 This is good for him. As so many pointed out in the other thread, 44 pounds would kill his strength. After this he should try to lose 5 more pounds a fight over the course of a couple of years until he gets down to 230 or so. Trying to lose 40 at once would be dumb.
I mean... he did fine at his hefty weight the first fight. 10lbs can’t hurt him! So that’s good news.
not bad for this fat ****.. Maybe he lost 20lbs of fat and put on 10lbs of muscle...that would require some dedication and self respect...but that's not beyond him. British glass will be smashed again I'm thinking.
I didn’t give a **** what Andy’s weight was the first fight and don’t care what it is forvthe rematch. Whatever the weight is great, same result.
in other words, 10lbs of snickers bars were unloaded from his pockets before he stepped on the scale.
That seems much more reasonable. And precisely the reason I don't run out and believe 90% of the tripe people post on here. Most of them DKSAB and are just here to promote hometown fighters
The blob making a mistake starving himself of those precious snickers. Coming in below 260 didn't help him against Parker. The bodybuilder Joshua will be harder to hurt if Ruiz drains himself. Please stop training Ruiz and get back into Burger King and finish those Whoopers. lol
