Good. Plus it was on a Friday night. I didn't even remember until I checked this site. Good thing DAZN is online so I watched it on my phone at work.
I have, several times, a few of them on a long train ride, another time during a terrible lightning storm where I had to unplug my PC. And I watched Kovalev-Alvarez II on my phone after my PC broke and I hadn't got a new one yet. Surprisingly, it's not all that painful. Although doing a RBR while watching it on the phone is bordrline impossible.
I can imagine. Yeah, I've purposely not watched fights on my phone and just waited until the next day if I can't watch it live.
Its pretty awesome having the app for those reasons. I was at a wedding for Canelo-Jacobs and watched the fight on my table, had a group of guys standing behind me watching also. I was at a company dinner for GGG-Rolls and had the fight on my phone. And more recently I paired my phone to his smart TV for the GGG-Dchenko fight at his sons B-day party.
Not bad numbers for not having a network pushing him. GGG was doing 800K with HBO fully behind him. Of course fighters like Canelo and some PBC fighters do about 2 mil, but they have tons of fans.
Are these US numbers? Or global? If this is US Im actually impressed for once. Wouldnt have thought theyd get near that.
Yeah one of those. I got subs for everything, ESPN +,Showtime, DAZN. I got an app for sll my mistake. I think I should drop everything and just watch it on YouTube afterwards. Its up right after thee fight is over.
It was on "free" TV so the numbers are not too impressive or even bad. At the same time, the promotion was ... Well, there was like almost no promotion at all. And it's two EE fighters.
