Please give examples of independent Boxers having success in their Boxing careers and please don't list Floyd Maywether as an example since he did start his career with an promoter.

Slim to none. Look at a guy like Farmer, I think he had no promotional company behind him and was thrown to the wolves early. He had to learn on the fly, build himself up and made something of himself but he probably would have far less stress coming up with a promotional outfit behind him.

It's very hard. You're an away fighter and then if your good, no one wants to fight you. So how do you pick up titles?
It can be done but it's very hard

You'd have to be very good, like Kovalev kinda good, to get up there and eventually noticed.

    Very very very hard.

fury had to fight 3 eliminators to get a crack at Wlad, because mick was small fry.

you need a promoter with connections. Example, yarde got a crack at Kov when he had a very thin resume and avoided the domestic scene. This was due to warren having standing with the WBO.

This. I’ll go even farther and say impossible. The boxing industry like a lot of big money making industries is pretty much a closed shop, so without some backing and having a well connected manager the big fights will never come.

O’Hara Davies in a few videos on YouTube discussed the importance of building strong relationships in the boxing industry and how independent fighters with no connections pay money out of their own pocket just to get fights. Davies still being an active fighter and not wanting to ruffle any feathers also left a lot of other difficulties independent fighters run into.
