If he turned pro when he was 16 instead of almost 26 and was on Manny's 'enhancements' which everyone knows he's been enhancing himself with for a very large percentage of his career then maybe he would have a similar resume to him sans the KO losses to street vendors and retired dog trainers.

The best wins there are the Bradley W's and Thurman. Add Mosley and Clottey as legit top 5-ish guys. But as this forum always like to point out when critiquing, the rest of it is defeats and then lower weight guys like Brandon Rios, Avocado Algieri, Vargas, Broner, Matthysse all guys who had very recently moved up to WW with no success at the weight (tack on Bradley and Marquez in that category).

The Bradley and Thurman wins are great, no question about it.

But Jessie Vargas is also probably his second/third best victory on the list aside from them. And that should tell you all you need to know about how overrated/overstated that stretch is.

Pac's a legend for everything before 2010. After? Just a normal ending of a legends' career; win some, lose some, with several unranked guys scattered around. That he beat Thurman at age 40 is simply one of the best victories any 40 year old has ever achieved. But that is different than the totality of the decade and in the context of this thread claiming the stretch alone comprises an ATG career; far from it.

Not top 10 or 20, but he'd definitely be an ATG. Pac's resume is crazy. He was already an ATG even without this.

Lol if you wanna go that route, go ahead and add roids to every name there because PAC is one of the most obvious blatant abusers since Holyfield

lol at thinking because you put "roids" next to the fight you think it erases the loss as if pac was undefeated lol

    he lost

but still an atg despite the losses

the wins and the way he won them is impressive

especially the cotto win that was brutal as ****

thats probably my favorite pac fight

It is what it is. No one really counts the ODLH win. Just like no one really counts the Margarito win over Cotto (bricks) or Cotto's win over Sergio (bum knee).

i count some of pacs wins

i agree with with being robbed against bradley

    8-4 or 9- 3 for pac

the horn fight in my opinion was close and could of gone either way

    floyd total domination against pac

marquez fights the first 3 ones could go either way marquez was countering him well.... but pac was very aggressive as well and was regularly the more powerful foe

He'd have several losses if he had Pac's resume. But that means nothing. Different body types FFS....

i dont like to use size as an excuse Duran, Pac etc i like to see fighters overcome obstacles

loma being at 140 i would to see him try, however there is still unfinished business at 135
if loma decides to move down to 130 i still would love to see that , so as long as the story continues at another division
