Ok. So if I understand you correctly, examples of what you are calling "posture" fighters might include Duran and James Toney and FMJ and Ward and now maybe Canelo (sure I missed more or better examples)? Guys that are comfortable in close to their opponent, using their feet in smaller increments that support the positioning of their upper bodies to advantage in attack and counter? Seems to me like you are saying that in those precise moments, inside and committed, AJ fails to remain calm and execute? None of the guys I mentioned usually gets rattled on the inside.

Or did I miss the point entirely?

    BIG

    STIFF

    IDIOT

    Bad feet

    slow feet

    No gas tank

    No heart

    No chin

    No defence

    Just raw power.

All of his opponents are beat before the first rounds even begins. Wlad, Whyte and Ruiz are the only guys so far who have come to fight for a win. Parker didn't come to win that fight. He came to survive./

After seeing Ruiz, I feel Parker would now take AJ OUT.

    He was too tentative

I do t see anything wrong with his posture. He’s so big, I think he has physical advantages that outweigh some of the flaws. He’s a bit stiff and slow but that goes with the size. Not many big guys are fast, fluid and coordinated. AJ is better than the haters would have you believe but maybe not as good as the fanboys seem to think. Of course you could say that about pretty much any fighter. He’s a solid professional with great size and it was good to see him use his size in the last fight. Wasn’t pretty but it was effective.

Alright...this post is three months old, so there's a reasonable statute of limitations here, but - if this were posted, just, say yesterday (or had I seen it back in October) you'd be catching a ban for this, just FYI. None of this crap, please.

Isn't that Parker too a tee? The same thing happened v Whyte. I think potential he has more to give than both those dudes. I am a big Usyk fan, so kinda hopeful Parker remains tentative :risas3:.

"Shades of Bruno".. Why do people say that like it's an insult?

Bruno did win the WBC world title and sure he lost to BoneCrusher Smith, Witherspoon, Lennox Lewis and Tyson x2

He only lost to world champions or future world champion and some very good ones.

Lewis and Tyson would have smashed the crap out of AJ, Wilder and Fury in my opinion so there is no shame in those 3 defeats.

Witherspoon was a decent world champion at the time and Bruno won nearly every round then completely gassed and BoneCrusher Smith was early in his career and again he won 9 rounds in a row and completely gassed and folded, BoneCrusher lost his world title to a prime Tyson on points, so he wasn't a total mug.

So, Give Bruno some respect, I'm not saying he was top of the tree or some world beater but he was good, very good at times and had a tough era in which to try and shine.

If Bruno was around today in his prime he would be top 5 easily and he would give every one of today's heavyweights a tough nights work.
