Don’t think I have seen one of these polls on this forum for a while, would like to see what the results look like.

I would have to go with Tyson Fury right now, with Joshua a close second(yeah I know, but would like to see the rematch first).

Not a big fan of Tyson, but I think he has the skills to beat all the other heavyweights right now, could easily be wrong though.

I can’t really judge Usyk right now, he has to get a good win at heavyweight first. I wish him all the best though, and really admire his risky choice of opponents, and the fact he is willing to travel to get the wins, and has no fear of home cooked judges.

    1. Fury
    2. Wilder
    3. Ruiz
    4. Joshua
    5. Usyk

Although I think Usyk is going to be the man over the next 18-24 months.

Before the Wallin fight I would have said Fury. Before the Ruiz fight I would have said Joshua. Before the Fury fight I would have said Wilder. Now I’m just confused.

It’s gonna be between the 5 that Odin ordered above, plus a couple dark horses.

It's difficult because I can see Fury beating all the top heavyweights but getting chinned by a lower level tick over fighter because he can't motivate himself unless it's a Joshua/Wilder. But based on the evidence Fury is the best of an average bunch.

Solid list but if someone wanted to rank Ruiz higher, I wouldn’t argue. Any of the matchups listed are probably 50-50 except maybe Usyk because he’s new to the division. I can’t rank Usyk any higher until we see him fight one of the other guys. We’ve already seen what Ruiz did against AJ and Fury Wilder. Exciting times at HW.

He’s on the shortlist for sure. A win over one of the ‘top 3’ and he’s right up there. Just don’t see how he’s gonna get a fight with one of them.

Why is Price on the poll and not Povetkin?

    Totally agree.

Tbh Ruiz’s victory over AJ is better than anything Wilder has done, especially the manner in which he did it, however if they were to fight I’d slightly favour Wilder, but again wouldn’t disagree if someone flipped their rankings.

It’s a good top5/6 at the moment at heavyweight.

They dont want him because he is too much risk, getting into a war with Whyte, and you will be in pain and likely lose.

Whyte is going to have to bend over backwards and take whatever shortchange he gets from these wankers at the top. But I dont think he should bend over on rematch clauses BECAUSE THAT IS PATHETIC.

You dare question the GOATs placement on this list? He is leagues above these slackjawed ingrates.

Ok so what I meant is that, more frequently, he beat guys than most didnt think he would beat. I agree of course without doubt, Ruiz was the single biggest upset.

biggest heart - probably yes, although Ruiz also shoved huge heart in AJ fight,
true but Whyte fought someone like Parker when he didnt need to at all, and Rivas, and those guys are way more talented and experienced, like way more.

biggest punch - no, love him or hate him, but the biggest puncher is Deontay Wilder,
well I say Whyte because Whyte had dealt the most damage, to fighters who have never been floored or KOd, and they stayed down for longer... Chisora, Parker and Browne, and Chisora is granite and had many fights, and Whyte put him down in the worst way, he didnt get up for ages, and browne too.

most versatile punch selection - not arguing here

    worked the hardest - yes

biggest balls - the same as biggest hear,

because he is taking real dangerous fights without fussing, like Parker and Rivas who were young, hungry, dangerous, with Whyte having nothing to gain but respect... the other wankers should learn from him.
