Ummed and arred about this one since it was announced and changed my mind on who I expect to win a few times. Now it's closer I think Josh is going to do it. Prograis is a great fighter, that much is clear already, but he is going to have to be really special to beat Taylor who is also a great fighter but with the physical advantages on his side. Taylor UD, possibly late stoppage.
Can't wait for this fight. Haven't seen a whole great deal of Prograis to be honest - only really watched him recently when he beat Flanagan and then Relikh in the tournament. May look to watch his fight with Indingo before he steps in with Taylor tomorrow night. Josh however, I've followed his whole journey and I've always thought that he looks the goods. I keep hearing 'Prograis is a little bit special' , well I think he's going to have to be to beat Josh.
Anyone else heard the rumour about Josh fainting whilst on the treadmill cutting weight? Sure its just the usual fight week bollocks but I backed him at the start of the tournament and might stick an insurance bet on Prograis KO just in case.
Not heard it. I've seen posts on twitter about Taylor maybe tight, but someone in here suggested yesterday it's Prograis. Matt Macklin suggested yesterday on twitter he recons both look good to make weight.
There’s even a thread in the general forum dealing with Taylor’s surly unpleasant manner. He sure doesn’t do himself any favors in the PR department does he? It’s been noted that Shane McGuigans fighters all tend to lack charm for some reason, something I’d noticed myself.
