Prograis clearly won the last 2 and 2 of the first 3 so he only needed 2 of the 7 in between for a draw.
I also had it 7-5 Prograis, but there were easily 4 close rounds that could've gone either way, it was no robbery
Won 3 of the 7 for me which makes it 7-5 Prograis but then giving him only 2 and it’s stull only a draw. He didn’t lose 6-1 in rounds in that period.
Effective robbery, like Teddy Atlas said after the GGG V Canelo rematch people hide behind “it’s boxing” “close fight” when it can clearly be separated, Regis won that fight and got robbed.
Whenever a close fight goes to the scorecards, at least 1 idiot will be calling it a robbery. Every ****ing weekend....
Nah, I scored it in 7 minute intervals. Much more interesting that way... And no, Prograis did not clearly win the last 2 rounds. Just go read the RBR and you will find a lot of guys disagreeing with you. It was a close fight. Doesn´t make it a robbery.
Not a robbery, just a close fight. Those are rare these days with all of the weight bullies and mismatches we see in today’s boxing. I thought Taylor won but it was a close fight. I think the stock of both guys went up. Exciting and close fight. Was definitely winnable for Progais. Can’t wait to see these guys fight again. Prograis showed class in losing. I wouldn’t put too much stock into what a fighter says after a fight. If he thought he won, he would have said the same thing. Class guy and true champion.
Taylor won 8-4. Contolled the inside, landed the much harder punches, especially to the body. Prograis landed mostly arm punches. Taylors eye was due to head butts.
Seems like it can be categorized as "a razor close fight." One that deserves a rematch. I feel maybe everybody should agree with that?
