In Macau in his second fight. Pacquaio headlined. I can't remember who he was fighting though

I think I've found one. He had 100 fights too.

the first 30+ or so are likely not complete cards as they are the only fight on there. They didn’t keep accurate records back then. So I jumped to the middle lol

Actually Leonard was billed ahead of Hagler on the Jones card and officially it was called a co-Main Event (and that wasnt Roy Jones' dad either). The same was true of Ali-Besmanoff on the card where Ellis fought Mims. Ali (then Cassius Clay) was given top billing in what was called a co-Main Event.

The main event of the card that Marciano stopped Vingo on was Dick Wagner-Barone.

The only boxer I can think of who, as far as I know, main evented every time he fought is probably an unexpected person: Saensak Muangsurin.

Let me explain something here...Rocky Marciano loved sports, his family, a Good Italian meal. And foolish was the man who tried to cheat him out of a dollar!!!
The man has never been born who could headline over Rocky. Plus he was Italian
