Completely agree with this, it’s about the level I see those guys at. Taylor is a B- level type of guy. Not elite nor just under elite. He’s just below the type of guys who’s trying to reach elite but can’t.

I’d like to see him tested against even the likes of Vargas and broner.

B level fighters don't unify divisions in 16 fights. There seems to a few on here who are bitter towards Taylor but even the most bitter should be able to see that he's an elite level guy or even just below elite.
He would demolish Vargas and Broner, it's laughable to suggest he wouldn't. To reach the level Josh has in 16 fights is almost unheard of, only lomachenko off the top of my head has done better.

Taylor went life and death with an older Postol that Crawford easily schooled and beat 10-2 at WORST, and the only rounds he would have lost would be the feel out rounds, but apparently Lipinets is no match for Taylor and Prograis :risas3:.

its the same thing every few months. these guys put on their cheering outfit and all reasoning goes out the window. then their man gets bounced around by a guy like pac, loma or spence and everything they said leading up to the fight is forgotten, and the creative excuses begin. over and over and over again.

You do realise that was his 13th pro fight. Not many fighters make the progress that Taylor has in such a short time.

i keep reading this reasoning. are we discussing where taylor is now, and what he can do against the guys here now, or are we saying he should be rated higher than what he can actually do, because its taken him such a short time to get here?

Hey brother! Been a long time, it's good to know that you are indeed not Boxing Knowledge itself. Although you do possess a good amount of it imo.

Hatton that Beat Kosta Tzyzu beats Taylor all day. Too busy and would bully Taylor . Taylor tends to get drawn into a fight when he could outbox people on the back foot with movement. This would be another of those fights but Hatton is too much this time

Taylor doesnt have the power of pacman to keep Hatton off him. He also doesnt have the speed and timing of floyd. Hatton was elite. He wasnt the best of the best but he was elite. Taylor hasnt really beaten anyone yet. WTF does prograis actually do? hardly any footwork, stays in the pocket moves his head up and down!! now people saying Taylor would beat Hatton on the performance???> makes me laugh!!!
