Haye Byrd and Povetkin have got to be the weakest collection of top wins I've ever seen for a champion that reigned 10 years. Povetkins greatest accomplishment was losing to wlad. Byrd was a blown up middleweight with no power. Chisora was never more than a domestic level gate keeper. Sanders had a very unimpressive career aside from knocking out baby wlad. Haye vs wlad was a complete joke of a fight and he accomplished next to nothing as a heavyweight
6'3, 210 lbs David Haye coming off a 12 month layoff outboxed Chisora and stopped him in 5 rounds. Haye beat him with speed and skills. Haye didn't even dance like Ali, he used basic footwork in that fight. Since he was so much quicker than Chisora, all he did was circle and side step and Chisora was too slow to react. As for strength, watch the clinches in that fight. Whenever Haye and Chisora clinch, Haye gets an underhook and he keeps turning Chisora or walking him back. He didn't let Chisora set his feet (didn't allow him to work on the inside). Chisora will need to put Ali on the ropes to have success. He is never gonna beat Ali if he can't cut him off. Recently, Chisora struggled to cut off Senad Gashi. Prime Chisora failed to cut off Haye. Chisora is a basic fighter; I think Ali would dominate him using his movement and combination punching and stop him late. I rate Chisora, but mostly for his toughness and durability. He'd be a difficult fight for a lot of former champions but Ali isn't one of them.
