I mean, he's been offered career high money to fight him so many times, and it seems undeniable there's been pbc and WBC collusion to block that fight.

I don't even rate Whyte that much but styles make fights, nobody thought Ruiz jr had anything for AJ but look what happened there.

Has Wilder or someone in his team seen something in Whyte style and said "nope, not happening"

    Serious answers only please.

No, I don't think so. PBC try to keep as in-house as possible. He seems to be making good money from what he's doing so far and he's much more popular in the States then Hearn would let you think. Ortiz X 2 (OK, less so in the rematch as Ortiz has looked poor since) and Fury X 2 (assuming it happens which I think it will) is a pretty good run. Breazeale was wedged in between but he was who the WBC *actually* wanted him to fight. Being offered high money to fight a Hearn fighter doesn't typically seem to be something Haymon's fighters seek to do. I don't see that them being scared is the reason.

I think Wilder doesn't want Whyte just to spite Hearn who I imagine he has a massive dislike for and would love to windmill him.

I doubt it's fear. Boxing politics I'd say.

I don't think so tbh, Ortiz first time Wilder fought him was more dangerous than Whyte and that was a voluntary. Are the PBC guilty of trying to keep things in house? Of course but all promoters do it.

Is Wilder scared of Whyte? No.

However Wilders management have so little faith in him that they avoid putting him against the more skilled fighters in the divison such as AJ and Whyte which are much bigger earning fights and put him against hand picked opponents with padded records just so they wont risk losing the world title to another Promotional company.

    I wouldn't have thought so.

Whyte is nothing special and in reality has nothing about him that deontay couldn't knock seven bells out of.

I think this is exctly it. If Whyte was to jump ship they would make the fight no problem

Wilder isn't afraid of anyone these days. His power is ferocious! He would decapitate Whyte.

However, his team want him in America, doing their thing. Facing Whyte in England or in America on a different network isn't in their plans. They desperately want him to be a Showtime PPV fighter.

I think it's fear to lose control over the fight and outcome.

What is the best victory of Wilder's defeated opposition?

    Bryant Jennings?

Is Fury scared of Wilder? Turned down a mandatory shot at him.

You can say the same about anybody other than Fury and Joshua because of the Wlad wins.
