    Canelo couldn't knock out:

    Lara
    Cotto
    Golovkin
    Danny Jacobs
    JR.
    Austin Trout
    Liam Smith and Angulo 10 rounds to stop both
    The ghost of Shane......
    barely dazed Rocky Fielding etc etc etc

    but he knocked out a HW in sparring? There is nothing believable about this. He can be pumped with gamma rays and he's not knocking out
    any HWs. I swear to God I'll be happy once this fight has passed.

    And in sparring they use more protection and heavier gloves. And the story does't talk about a simple knock down, which would be more believable, but a KO. Very unlikely.

    It's not outside the realms of possibility that the ginger man dominated a heavyweight so badly that they pulled him for the sparring.

    But Hunter has been in with monster punches 200 and above and never been stopped.
    You telling me a lil clenned up middleweight knocks him out with headgears and pillow gloves added to the equation?
    Doesn't add up.

    I don’t see it as a big deal. Canelo is an elite fighter, who is very experienced and for the most part regularly fights top competition. His skill set is way more developed in comparison to Hunter, who has a lot of potential, but is still at best a developing fighter.
