No suprise here... GGF fighting Szeremeta (Mandatoty not even due yet)

Poor match up for GGG. Not good for legacy or money. Guess he is just that focused on Canelo.

 

GGG's aura of invincibility was gone after Jacobs and Canelo fights and Derevyachenko showed that you can hurt him bad with body shots, i guess GGG's confidence is gone, he wants a fight a guy ranked 12 with 0 power...

 

Really hope this is not true. What a disappointment that would be.

 

This is a C- matchup at best, I can't see the reasoning here. This is all risk and negative reward. If he wins, who'll give GGG any credit for this win?

Poor fight tbh, hopefully after this he steps up again.

Although in his defence Canelo x 2 and Derevyanchenko in his last 4 fights at 37 is good enough to warrant a Rolls and this Pole, as long as the next fight is a top 5 guy.

 

Only way this fight is acceptable is if there's a quick turn around on this next.

 

Yeah, and if it clears the way to not have to deal with a mando for 2 years then great. Still is leaving a lot to be desired.

He doesnt give a crap about credit its all about the Benjamins. He gets like $15m for this fight. The guy is a joke and hes cashing out as he should...

 

It seems like GGG is totally focused / obsessed with a third Canelo fight. He feels like he must keep that belt because Canelo will only entertain the fight if GGG has it. If I were GGG, I’d try to move on and look at fighting other top guys in the division, such as Charlo and Andrade.

 

This has been known for a while. GGG has a belt and has a mando. He is going to take this tick over whilst he sees what becomes available in the summer. He’s been told they will aim to make the Canelo fight after.
