Haven't seen Kovalev this smiley in a build up ever. I hope that's a sign of supreme confidence and not of being carefree and happy to lose due to the bank balance.

Kovalev has said this is his biggest fight and would help erase his fights with Ward. He knows if he wins tomorrow it'll lead to much bigger things. The payday is nice but this is for his legacy and I think he is going to come in focused tomorrow and give Canelo a bit of humble pie in the process.

Kovalev missed weight? Wow... That changes a lot. Suddenly I'm not sure at all he's gonna beat Canelo.

He almost always had them, just not to the point of being unable to make weight on the official scales.

I thought the situation changed with the new team (a nutritionist, healthy eating, etc.) but obviously not...
