Betting odds yes but physically big bad krusher has all the advantages, height, reach, power. He is the naturally bigger man. Betting odds be damned krusher should be able to ko little canelo. Canelo has never fought at 175. Hell I am tempted to put some money on kovalev at those odds. The only advantage canelo has is age and skill which shouldn't be much of a factor considering he will be dwarfed by a man much bigger than himself. Kovalev fighting so close to his last fight is a definite advantage as keeping him away from the bottle would negate any negative effect on his recovery time, that is if he actually stayed off the sauce in between.

Maybe because the IBF belt is not at stake this time, while it was on the line for the winner of GGG - Jacobs?

Excuses is to put the clause? If its a no problem then why the p**** diva Canelo team put such a clause and try to cover it till the last?

“If the sanctioning organizations can make rules and enforce them on fighters, then fighters with big money can make their own rules and enforce them on their opponents too.”

    Sounds fair. Or not.

Advanced age my ass look at Mayweather fighting till well past 36 and still in stellar shape. If kovalev wasn't such a boozer maybe you wouldn't be so worried about his health.

It was Jacobs putting on weight that people had issue with.

When one fighter has a weight limit and the other does not, that is inherently unfair.

    Only in Dinoland, folks.

He is naturally the shot to ****, drained fighter that was hand picked to lose.if he did manage to win the fight he will still lose on the cards.
If he knocked canelo spark out all the judges, referee and commission would get into a huddle in the middle of the ring and think of a da that he would still lose.
    Clenelo is the heavy favourite

Make sure you bet the house.

BTW, I can get cardboard boxes for cheap.

Shot to **** yet he just knocked out a young undefeated fighter who was naturally as big if not bigger than him all these excuses lined up and I still wouldn't be surprised if canelo gets ktfo.

If the rehydration clause means nothing, as you seem to imply, then why have it at all?

Clearly, it gives Canelo an advantage, otherwise he would not have it.

It wasn't in fairness then and it's not now.
They shouldn't exist, if you make weight you make weight, only cheaters tamper with that.
Also it's naturally difficult to regulate weight overnight so it could be costing Kovalev a fair bit of his purse like it did Jacobs against Canelo.

There is no difference. Both are unnecessary and cheating to get an unfair advantage.
Did I say that it didn't make GGG a cheater? No.
    The IBF are ****ing stupid.

Speaking of "prime kovalev" who did he beat that was so impressive? Blake capparelo? Chilemba? Cleverly since you mentioned him? Lol maybe he does deserve the 5-1 odds after all.
