Im not sure if Tyson had the best uppercut but im sure he had the fastest and most powerful combo to the body & uppercut ever.

Johnson's uppercut was much more refined and versatile

Mike Tyson had one of the best uppercut that I have ever seen, it made Frank Bruno's head look like one of those toy dogs near the rear window of a vintage automobile, his head kept going up and down.

Arguello short, precise, with Ko power in both hands.
    Matthew Franklin (Saad Muhammad)
J.Louis also Ko power in both hands.
Sal Sanchez. But he made every punch look easy.
But if I had to pick one fighter.
Marvin Hagler would be the choice. Both hands were powerful, and could go southpaw and attack from a different angle and be just as effective.....

Yes and if we are being totally honest here it had a lot to do with Tyson’s height and his natural ability to turn southpaw. Tyson was smaller than most of his opponents and always stayed within punching range since he could bang with either hand cleanly. Due to his size and the peek a boo system he could easily slip jabs, get inside and work the body. After a right to the ribs he would take a slight step back, switching to southpaw and launch the right uppercut.

Many fighters twist their hips into their uppercuts as their only form of building momentum. This pulls the fist sideways rather than straight up. Tyson would drop down and sway his hips forward stretching his shoulder, and whip his hand forward. He’s in the exact same position used when throwing a strong hook punch; only his torso is tilted back. I don’t believe he could have pulled this off AS well if he were six foot two or taller.

He really bent his knees and waist when throwing the uppercut, getting massive amounts of his body into it. But then, so did post-Norton Holmes, Foreman, and Bowe.

Mike's right uppercut was best after the hook imo, and then it was terrifyingly effective.
