Who would have thought the scrawny red headed kid that got beaten by Mayweather would go on to abuse steroids and fix fights?

 

Canelo is better than some give him credit for, but he is not as good as many think he is.

 

Canelo is a beast! Floyd was just really one of a kind, the way he handled Canelo and Pac. He made ATG fighters look regular. I miss his fights and events.

 

Lots of people, he was being built as the guy to carry the torch, even post Floyd . He isn't allowed to lose, Floyd got lucky only one judge saw sense.

 

You guys make this thread every time Canelo wins a fight, it's boring.

 

True, Guerrero won maybe round or 2, still did much better than Clenelo who clearly lost every round

 

If Canelo would have jumped on Kovalev and gotten rid of him early then I would deem him a beast. He looked good against Kovalev and I give him credit, but to me it was not a beast-like performance.

So does this make Julian Jackson the GOAT? After all he destroyed Terry Norris who would later go on to beat one of the very greatest fighters ever named Ray Leonard.

 

Let's not try and act like GGG 1 was comparable to Floyd 1. Floyd vs Canelo 1 was such a big shut out, that the worst they could do was try and rob Floyd with 114-114. GGG/Canelo 1 was a close but clear win for Canelo. Lara beat Canelo in a close fight clearly 8-4 or 7-5, it wasn't a Floyd 12-0 shut out.

 

I'm not looking at anybodies post history. You people(floyd nut huggers) make a thread every time Canelo wins a fight and think it boosts Mayweather's resume somehow, it's on par with what Pac fans do with their hideous agenda. It's honestly tiring, Canelo isn't the same fighter today like he was in the Floyd fight. That being said, Floyd is obviously the greater fighter of the two, we all know Floyd is great... Floyd is perhaps a top 10 or 15 best fighter of all time in the 150 plus years of boxing history...

Who would have thought that the drained to a zombie green version of Alvarez who got shut out by Mayweather would become an even worse A side abusing diva and PED cheat than Floyd himself.
