I don’t like Kov or Canelo. Canelo’s fans are more irritating but it was difficult for me to decide who I wanted to lose. Kov is definitely faded but still a much bigger guy. Was surprised to see him fight they kind of fight and not try to use his power early in the fight against the smaller guy. I knew Canelo’s fans would overlook how much Kov has declined in recent years and pretend he beat a prime Krusher. In the end, I was happy to see Kov KOd so we didn’t have to deal with the decision that would have gone in Canelo’s favor. This is why I can never support a house fighter like Canelo. The Vegas oddsmakers knew what was going to happen in this one from the start. That’s all you need to know about this fight.

He was suspended six months for testing positive for clenbuterol.

He took and passed a hair follicle test that according to highly respected nutritionist and PED expert Victor Conte cleared Canelo's name.

Canelo then went on to enroll in VADA's most stringent program and proceeded to kick GGGs ass, beat Jacobs, and beat the WBA SMW regular champion.

So yes, you can fail a test and still be clean almost two years later. You know clenbuterol only stays in your urine and blood if its consumed through tainted meat.

Don't forget, that it was too close to his last fight, he didn't have enough time to prepare.

It appears that he completed his 365 program with VADA in August and by September was enrolled in another VADA testing program.

It was NEVER a requirement. He voluntarilyenrolled in VADAs most stringent program. He didn't sign up for another year of VADAs most stringent program, he signed up for thei more common program.

I think its pretty clear that in the year he was doing VADA testing he proved to be as good if not better than before allegedly consuming tainted meat.

Most people think that he performed better and beat GGG more decisively while enrolled in VADA 365 than he beat GGG the year before. That speaks volumes.

It looks like that Kovalev had not only rehydration clause in his contract but also power punch clause. So that for each power punch he should pay big penalty :)

He exited on august 1st and reentered on September 19th. There is a big almost 2 month long gap. Just as I said. Also, only 6 weeks of testing for this fight. Those are the facts.

Because everything was in Canelo's favor. Kovalev had no break between the fight with Yarde. Kovalev was unable to have a full 10-12 week camp, he most certainly kept sparring as light as possible after nearly being ko'd, he signed a rehydration clause, and he's old. Canelo fought him under the most favorable conditions it's as simple as that. No fighter in boxing can defeat a meaningful opponent under those circumstances.

Canelo is s really good fighter that is not in doubt BUT there is way too much baggage attached to him to be considered great . Now maybe I’m way of the mark and he really is that good but the draw and the win over golovkin has really left a foul taste in a lot of people’s mouths . The only reason he lost to floyd was because at the time money was the bigger Vegas draw and he came across a true great fighter.

So you think that between August 1st and September 19th Canelo was roiding? LMAO!

You must be a PED expert.

How did you feel about Pacquiao and Thurman only having 3.5 weeks of testing? Do you think both Pacquiao and Thruman were on the juice?
