Because he was able to win 5-6 rounds off of a scary prime strong healthy Kovalev, a feat Canelo couldn't accomplish against a meek happy to be there weather beaten shell of the Kovalev that got KO'd by Eleider Alvarez.
I still think that Ward would be smart enough to know all this and devise a game plan where he can win at least 10 rounds.
Clenelo will be remembered just like Floyd Joy, A fantastically talented fighter who sadly lacked the balls to go out & FIGHT!! like a man. Instead they let corruption take them over& became just puppets. All they had to do was be standing at the final bell in any fight & they KNEW they could not lose regardless how the fights went. Sad part for them is maybe they could have fought clean & still have everything that corruption gave them, That way the world would have held them in the high regard they hold Ali , Sugar Ray etc. But they blew it Both are regarded as manufactured champions & Ped's cheats now Even canelo's own great Mexican fans despised him for his actions. Like Jose my friend said about his actions " Canelo was right Mexicans dont **** about they FIGHT!!! Which proves to me he aint no Mexican"
