Great analogy, watch how Kovalev fell when he was stopped. he's finished as a fighter unless he goes the Tyson Fury route fighting guys rated 65th.
GGG by brutal KO. Kovalev is shot and has zero punch resistance. I know people often criticized Wladimir Klitschko's chin, but his chin is iron cast comparing to Kovalev's one
Are you new to a boxing forum? Fantasy matchups have been of all time... Did you miss all the Canelo vs [insert 175-200+ name] threads around here the last couple of days? Haye was once a running joke here for being 100-0, 100KO's in fantasy matchups, without any substance behind it.
Partially agree, Floyd has so many hypotheticals wins its ridiculous but even he fought #1 guys in other divisions moving up.(Hernandez, Corrales, JLC) GGG wasted his whole career waiting on Canelo to move up and when the fight finally happen it was GGG who didn't capitalize in 2 fights.. He had his chance to move up and fight guys at higher weight but he stayed at 160 making bs mandatory defenses against the Wade's, Adama's and Rubios of the world.. #Allthebelts went out the window for the Canelo payday and when his mandatories were guys who pose risks it wasn't about #Allthebelts anymore.. He could have fought Ward at 168 but instead they insisted on a bs catchweight or even moved up to fight Kovalev but he didn't wanna risk losing(Remember he said he'll fight anyone from 154-175 but in reality he only meant Floyd, Canelo or Cotto).. Simply put even tho Canelo has questionable wins or only fight old fighters GGG wouldn't have never moved up to fight even this shot version of Kovalev..
Ward wanted that fight Abel Sanchez came out publicly said if Ward wants the fight then Ward would have to agree to 164 but they wanted Carl Froch at 168..
