GGG was robbed against Canelo clearly in the 1st, we can both play that game right?

    He was 36.
No human being has even been "prime" at 36

I think he learned a lot BECAUSE he boxed Mayweather. He would have been relatively 'green' until after that fight, to a large extent regardless of when it happened. He discovered on that night how far he needed to evolve to reach the top. Getting shut out didn't break him, it made him.

All 3 you reference had excellent amateur pedigrees with Ali and Evander winning Olympic medals. It’s night and day as a comparison to Canelo’s fight with Floyd.

And even if we accept your illogical argument - so what? Can fighters not mature at different levels? Check out the record of ATG Dick Tiger as an example of how fighters develop at different rates.

Canelo is too primitive to compete with Floyd. He still got 114-114 though.
Even older GGG spanked his ass.
DLH can give him gifts, but DLH/Canelo reek of fraud.

I’m always astonished at how people compare boxers like they are bananas. This boxer at eight years of experience should do like this one blah blah blah. Green blah blah blah. Boxers aren’t fruit. They are human beings with different environments, genetics, socioeconomic backgrounds, and a ton of other things that makes it ludicrous to compare them like that. Example: Tyson peaked around age twenty two or twenty three. Lennox Lewis who was nine months older peaked around age thirty five.
Being green isn’t just age or experience, it can be training, mental strength or a entire host of other things...

    You forgot some important details:
    • Catchweights (in fact, the Catchweight King)
    • Rehydration clauses
    • Paid scorecards
    • Loaded gloves
    • Failed PED tests
    • PED use

the man has not had 75 total fights in his entire life, including street, ams, and pros, and has made himself king of the sport. can you imagine if he would have gotten lomas amateur experience in there?

    You're a huge Pacquiao fan.

If you google Catchweight King all there brinks about Pacquiao come up.

Pacquiao also got two victories over JMM that the vast majority of spectators felt he lost. Even Bob Arum apologized to JMM and told him it was "business" after the robbery in the third fight.

You got some nerve talking about loaded gloves when Pacquiao was accused of loading his, and as a result permanently damaged Margarito's eye.

And who can forget Pacquiao ducking random drug testing for YEARS!!! All while he was moving up in weight and still maintaining his power and speed.

Hypocrite and double standards to the maxx!!

Yet you fail to mention that PBF was 36 faded and in his 5th weight class. So split the difference.:deal:

Exactly he just beat Trout who beat Cotto the fight before that. A green fighter won't beat a guy like Trout. Canelo is P4P #1, is a HOF fighter and a ATG but PBF is a stylistic nightmare for him and beats any version of him.

Sorry, Canelo is the King. He created his own weight class, drained dudes, and killed them w/ rehydration clauses.

Sorry. I, II, and III were all razor close fights w/ about 50% of media and fans and fighters divided. However, the majority of boxing fans, media, and fighters had Canelo losing to GGG. TWICE.

Sorry. Canelo used 3 feet of tape to load his gloves.

Sorry. That never happened. Canelo did pop dirty, enrolled in VADA, then withdrew.

Sorry. Chavez, Barrera, and Morales and most Mexicans love Pacquiao. JCC considers him the GOAT. Barerra considers him 2nd only to Ali. Morales has said that Pac is the greatest fighter of all time. Pacquiao > Canelo even in Mexico.

Y'all use trout too much, like beating him was some elite-only accomplishment! Trout has ONE good win. One. Now I love Austin, but geez... need to step back a sec and realize trout, while very dangerous, wasn't even today's Oba Carr.
