There was another video of him being very defensive and aggressive towards another journalist when pressed about the work, I just couldn't find it. There's no desperation to believe anything, merely common sense. I'm sure if Fury said he had visited out of space and taken trips to Mars and Venus yet provided no proof whatsoever, you'd believe him and tell us that he doesn't need to show evidence of his voyage, ''it's a private matter'' and ''where's the proof he hasn't been'' you'd say/ As for the uk press, they love Fury now after he sold himself out. When he was against the Zionists exposing their agenda, I would agree they would have outed him. Now he's toeing the line, they love him. Let me ask you did you find anything in the major uk papers of grilling Fury for removing padding from his gloves in sparring, which is much more serious than lying about charity?
I don’t think I’ve been shown up at all. Who fought in front of more paying people in their last fight? Global superstar (your words) Tyson Fury or local sub-European level light welterweight (my words) Lewis Ritson? The answer is Ritson by the way. As for this, it’s just basic common sense. Everyone knows Tyson says one thing, does another, contradicts himself all the time. Even his fans know not to believe it all. Except you.
Without evidence all you have is an opinion and of course the two biggest Fury haters on the forum are here yet again, negatively banging on again about him. What's new? Some of the biggest charity donaters in the world do it anonymously and we never hear about it. It's a very dignified way to do it. Easily done, no big deal to the rich. Fury is a known charity worker and absolutely loaded.
The relentless global increase in Fury's popularity and Bank of Fury has Tony Hayers foaming at the mouth with rage. Seething with rage every day as soon as he wakes up in the morning.
Technically, as a traveller, Fury and his family are homeless so get off his back about giving his purse to the homeless.
You have to admit that if you wanted to donate privately to charity, it would be very unusual to go so public about your charitable intentions?
I can see the point being made, it is a tad strange, "I'm going to donate my purse to charity for the homeless" Then nothing after. I was expecting selfies of the big man visiting the homeless, stirring up soup in the kitchen, full on PR driven Fury at the top of his game. We got nothing, which doesn't mean that he didn't do it, it just makes you wonder given how he's been in the past, there's nothing wrong with wondering either, it's perfectly normal.
For a chap who has promoted himself as King of the Gypsies, Batman, Apollo Creed, a Mexican on a float, an Arab wrestler, tv star, writer and singer, he's certainly missed a trick there.
He has said on many occasions that he does not talk about his charity work for the very reasons you state. He does not want to do it for recognition or publicity but because it is the right thing to do (as a Christian). Why this character assassination/witch hunt against Fury anyway? Who cares what he does outside of the ring, it's not going to change the fact he is the best heavyweight of his generation.
But he does talk about it. The whole point of this is that he came out and very publicly announced his intention to give his purse to charity.
I'm not saying he didn't, I'm purely saying that I can see why people may think he didn't. he does talk about it too, that's how we know about it in the first place. That is Tyson in a nutshell though, frequent contradictory behavior, I just don't take him too seriously as I kind of want to enjoy him.
Beating a 40 year old whilst on steroids and getting knocked out by the WBC champion makes a generational great? Wow.
His purse for the fight was $3 million (although he earned more through PPV) and I can very easily believe he has given away $3 million since the Wilder fight. He has just banked $15 million for doing WWE.
Whilst I see your point, I believed he'd rematch Vlad. I honestly don't know what to believe in this bonkers world that Tyson has created for himself!
He's outspoken, said about donating the purse once and the media went mad about it. He then decided not to make a big deal of it. What's so hard to believe? There's numerous stories about his charity work which haven't come from Fury himself. I find it hard to believe that in his rudest financial health he's stopped doing charity work? It's just another stick for haters to beat him with. I feel sorry for you guys, harbouring such hate for the best heavyweight on the planet today.
