    I'm feeling the suspense! Haha.

I'm sure I'll award you with the most hardcore, researched H2H pick I've ever seen on the forum.

I can be anal lol! It’s a blessing and a curse but I had some spare time on my hands. I did something similar on JCC vs Duran and still think JCC wins that one even though I am a big minority.

Danny has some things going for him here (and I am actually reversing course and leaning towards him).

Zamora quicker feet and better footwork.
Danny better foot placement and power. (Edit not power but balance)
    Zamora beter handpeed.
Both have top end power but I think Danny lands consistently harder shots throughout and really sits down on his punches throughout. Both guys had a tendency to miss wild and be in poor position and off balance but seem to shore that up as they progressed. Zamora quicker reflexes and better upper body and head movement defensively, but Danny had the tighter better D from a pure technical stand point...although both were willing to take more shots than necessary because they were so offensive minded.

Danny’s timing really stands out to me...when he wins the belt from Grey there are 3 sequences early where he times the quicker Greys jab and instantly explodes over the top with a right.

I can see a case for both guys, even stoppages. But I think it goes past 6 and maybe the distance. But still wrestling through it.

Oh well after looking at a ton of footage of both guys I feel like my pick is incomplete.

I feel like picking Zamora will be the popular classic choice, but unless you see him overwhelming Romero early (a fair enough pick by the way) or Danny stopping Zamora early (also fair imo) that there is a big step of faith in either later on or by a decision. Zamora really only goes past 5 in 2 relevant fights Torres/Hong II, and I cant find footage of either fight.

zamora really only has 2 fights against guys who are better (lazy term), Pedroza who was very green in his 15th fight 2 years before he would step onto the world stage, and Zarate who proved to much. Likewise Romero only faced and lost to Tapia among top notch opponents. So a win for either guy in this case would be the best win on the others resume. A prime Romero was a bigger threat than a 15 fight Pedroza and Zamora a much bigger threat than Grey for Romero.

until I can see footage of Zamora vs Torres/Hong II, I feel comfortable picking Danny by KO 6.
