They have alot of contaminated meat in Mexico. If that many boxers are coming up with trace amounts there has to be something to it.
https://fightnews.com/wbc-statement-on-clenbuterol/60307 https://nyfights.com/press-release/...for-presence-of-clenbuterol-in-their-systems/ Well what do ya know, two more Mexican fighters tested positive for trace amounts of clenbuterol. WADA has ruled that they will no longer punish athletes for consuming meat in Mexico. Glad we got this all cleared up.
Or Mexican athletes could stop eating beef if they want to compete without suspicion eh? I'm just glad a fighter who claimed to be vegetarian in camp didn't fail a test and then blame it on meat as that'd be ridiculous.... oh wait...
We are talking trace amounts, lets be honest this is f all. Mexican beef is contaminated, and probably half the fighters on the planet are mexican lol Are we going to suspend all of them?
No, just recognition of the problem, and no longer punishing athletes who didn't actually cheat. This way clean fighters don't get labeled a cheat for consuming meat like what happened to Canelo.
If you take Clen how long after does it take to go down to the trace amounts talked about. If it is a short period, then the rule will be abused obviously, and this is a bad move.
Many Mexican athletes dont test positive for Clen because they dont take the drug or dont eat the meat from Mexico, what excuse do the others have? They are probably taking Clenbuteral pills, thats what.
