He needs to run, hide behind the referee, do everything he can to avoid combat. If he stands and tries to fight he WILL BE ktfo.

I watched fight one again and Joshuas punches did not phase ruiz whatsoever, where every shot ruiz landed had Joshua wobbling and ready to go. Ruiz just has some pitiful finishing he can't line up a clean shot to the chin to save his life, DREADFUL finisher is Ruiz.

Sometimes ruiz punches actually kept Joshua up like he would land a left hook Joshua would be about to fall then he landed a right hook and it actually kept Joshua upright.

I see Ruiz as being an A- Fighter and Joshua right around that C level, all you have to do is not stand there and let him unload on you and he has little else.

I don't see a way to victory for Joshua but if he can run all night and just let the odd jab go before running away again the matchroom judges might be able to cook something up for him.

    If not he loses, guaranteed.

Why run? Stick and movie, clinch when close. He should study Wladimir's fights.
    Both are B fighters.

He isn't good enough to execute those tactics sadly.

    It's a wrap for Ruiz.

Save for some miraculous freak injury a la Solis or glazkov situation where the knee or cruciate ligament snap, there is nothing that can stop Ruiz repeating the same feat as he did in the first fight

    He is after all;

    • The superior fighter with a bigger heart and stronger chin
    • The superior boxer with advantages in ring IQ and footwork
    • The superior athlete in terms of speed, power, fluidity and stamina

I think Joshua will have more magic in this rematch. He should win giving his size and superior skills. Also he was not badly KOed against Ruiz, he just looked gassed. He still has freshness. Will be an easy decision in a boring fight where Ruiz will carefully be neutralized. I am not gonna watch it live though I am gonna wait the highlights on youtube. Joshua will clinch, jab, straight hand, moving... the basics.

    What superior skills are these?

I didn't know stiffness and quitting were skills!

    Listen, your boy is done.

Even Logan Paul fancies his chances, as he's called him out and I wouldn't bet against him being capable of brutalizing him in the same fashion once Ruiz has finished him off once again.

    Please..

AJ took him lightly the first time, he won't the second.

Ruiz has been living high on the hog ever since that first fight. He's over confident and he's been enjoying the lime light.

Aj's had many months of soul searching and gym time. He's coming back with a vengeance, and he's bringing the spirit of every African Zulu warrior with him.

Ruiz can only pray that he will make it home to see his family when it's all over .

    AJ KO 4 Ruiz.
Usyk is next. And he won't fare much better.

He had a bad night. It is not worse than Lewis getting one punch KOed by Rachman. The rematch always sets things right in similar circumstances, the better man will win.

Of course it was worse, he was the heavyweight champion and he become the first ever titlist in the history of the sport to quit while defending his belts against a challenger.

He was systematically broken down, ragged dolled around the ring, dropped on his head 4 times and was on the verge of suffering CTE

I've observed worrying signs in Joshua's interviews since the first fight, I think he may have suffered mild brain damage.

The corner need to not mess around with the white towel in this one.

Christ, I think we are a little oversold here.

We always new that Big Josh was a little overrated in power, limited, stiff, and plagued by questionable stamina. All of that being said, he is still the guy who beat Martin, Whyte, Klitschko, Povetkin, Parker, and Takam.

I expect Ruiz to win, but don't share you absolute confidence. Should be a good fight, and let the better man win.

Joshua should take note on the way Kovalev fought Canelo. Paw with both hands, deliver few punches with punching power, since Joshua is the A side in the equation he will surely get the decision as long as the connects are anywhere close to eachother.
That's boxing for you these days, you don't need to be effective to win.

It's interesting you call Joshua a C level fighter. Can we conclude from this therefore that breazeale, Klitschko, povetkin, whyte, takam, parker etc are all d level fighters or worse. After all, every one of the above minus parker got stopped inside the distance.

Further to this, AJ is just another prime example of a C level home fighter being gifted the Olympic gold too, so I think you're spot on with c level.

With Andy Ruiz a 5/2 outsider in the UK betting markets I hope you enjoy your new found wealth when you back your life savings on the above certainty. I for one look forward to the photos of you enjoying snicker bars, sat on your new rolls Royce with ATG Andy Ruiz

It's gonna be quite enjoyable to see that defenceless bodybuilder struggle to fend off that chubby blob. Ruiz will literally have him for Christmas Turkey come December time. lol

I can't see Joshua winning. I think he will be thinking too much in there the second time round, whereas Ruiz is always calm and comfortable in the ring. He can't master clinching and fighting off his back foot with a jab in a short span against a good boxer. Should have taken some tune up fights first.
