BJS after beating Lemuiex would have schooled Canelo and GGG in the eyes of some! He has always been a talented boxer but will never or has never been on the level of truly elite fighters like Canelo.
Don't really know until we see it. Billy Joe has never been in with anyone as good as Canelo. I wouldn't feel comfortable betting against Billy though, put it that way.
Yeah he was poor tonight where Coceres landed his straight right at will but yeah, BJS has always fought to his level of opponent. I've never seen him get caught so much. He's the type of fighter who will rise to the occasion with better opponents put infront of him.

Seriously, thats not a good argument You bring up a fight from FIVE AND A HALF years ago in an attempt to prove BJS can hang with Canelo Canelo has improved drastically and is beating world class fighters on the regular BJS is having serious troubles with nobodies Canelo is so so so far past BJS in terms of skill its laughable
BJS at his best would have schooled canelo. Another who has wasted his prime, he is his own worst enemy and unfortunately is now past it. He would get beat by canelo but to be fair canelo has ducked Billy for years, so has GGG. It wouldnt surprise me at all now that canelo all of a sudden calls out Billy because as we know with GGG and kovalev he likes to feast on past it fighters. This is what pisses me off about boxing, we only get to see great fights when it's too late to matter.
