I think Mchunu is the RIGHT opponent of decent class for an old Lebedev to look good against. Unless he's totally shot a competitive but clear Lebedev win is the most likely outcome.

 

Looks like Tervel Pulev will face Ilunga Makabu in December.

 

I just saw the updated rankings from all these sanctioning bodies. Glowacki has been booted by all but the WBO. Used to be at #2 for the WBC and ordered to fight Makabu for the vacant belt so that's clearly off now. That leaves Cieslak as the next option. To be honest if it's going to be delayed might as well fight Tervel in the interim.

 

Glowacki could fight Arslan for the WBO belt.

 

Well that is if they strip Briedis but I thought they came to an agreement over the mandatory being taken after the WBSS final.

 

Fabio Wardley will face Simon Vallily for the English title on December 19.

Where that info came from about Makabu? Wasn't he supposed to face Wlodarczyk as well... sometimes Pulevs team just talk nonsense or too early and end up fighting low opposition. And it's not their fault I don't blame them, it is just the fights with the brothers don't bring enough money on the table and are risky.
