Should fighters who pop for gear after a fight be handed a DQ loss?

    This might be a bit more incentive to not be on the gear, if you could actually lose your unbeaten record for being a cheating scumsucker

    Yeah, they should. Also if half their purse was withheld until all pre- and post- fight tests relevant to the fight were back and clear, that would be a big deterrent. Any proceeds from this to be ploughed back into proper drug testing, enabling subsidies depending on a boxer's earnings.

    They absolutely should. In other sports you get disqualified too if you pissed hot afterwards, in boxing there are even many instances the result stands even after getting busted,

    Not only should he be handed a DQ loss but he should be banned for a certain period as well. 1 or 2 years at least.

    And yes, agreed. DQ’d and banned would be ideal.

    Has this situation happened in recent fights?

    Badou Jack vs Lucian Bute. Post fight, Bute tested positive for Ostarine. The D.C. commission changed the draw to a DQ win for Jack.

    No absolutely not.If anything they should exonerate said doper by increasing the the threshold of the substance.
    Course I’m referring to Canelo who the WBC say he’s been exonerated for testing hot over three days for Clenbuterol.Just to be clear to the fanboys he’s not been exonerated, they’ve just changed the rules is how I read it.
