When will Crawford fight a top tier welter? Horne and Benevidez aren't that. Khan damn sure isn't. Crawford chose to get back with Top Rank, knowing Arum and Haymon don't get along. So would I like to see them fight, sure. Am I mad they aren't fighting? No. Spence has options, Porter rematch, Garcia, Pac, Thurman, Williams etc. Crawford fighting scrubs, doesn't make a fight with Spence any more mouth watering for me. Crawford fighting Porter, and beating him legit, would.

I'm not picking sides. I'm laying some of the blame at Crawford's feet. He knew he wouldn't have access to PBC's welters, but instead of signing with PBC, DAZN, or becoming a free agent, he decided to go back to the place where he wouldn't have any viable opponents.

I just want to see the fight. However, I’m interested to hear why YOU think Crawford needs to leave Top Rank for the fight to happen, while making no mention of Spence needing to leave Uncle Al. Both guys, Alpha males at that, are happy with their respective promoters.
