I have contributed earlier in the thread. I don’t rate Kovalev a top 20 Light Heavy but there again plenty do it’s all opinion.

 

On par with an old Cotto an old Kovalev, Trout, Jacobs as well as losses to Lara and GGG twice.

Your list is awful. No Ezzard Charles, a MW with like 5 fights at 175 is top 10? Fool.
Maske at 4? Where is Gene Tunney? Why is Carpentier at 13? What did Moorer do for a top 15 placement?
Why is Mickey Walker there but Tunney and Charles aren't? Walker never won the title, and his better work was at a different division. So why is he there but Tunney and Charles aren't?
