Is it AJ or Eddie making these decisions? I'd assume Eddie. I've no doubt AJ gets the money but I think Eddie does all he can to give as much money as possible to AJ so he's not swayed by another promotional outfit. It's not up to AJ to stack his undercards. He's a fighter as I say, his job is to fight. It would be nice if fighters like him were more hands on and demanded a strong undercard but it's wishful thinking. How many fighters have done that?
Or during the undercard roll it into a slim tube the same size as a cig while a certain song with the word sweet in it's title plays in the background.
Originally when AJ wasn't making tens of millions per fight, AJ used to have good undercard and Eddie actually said that its refreshing to see a fighter like AJ want a strong undercard and that not many fighters are like him in the respect. Now obviously the stakes have increased and the money involved in his fights is massive so he's obviously only thinking about himself now. Can't really blame him can you?
Any rumours on Whyte's possible opponent for the 10 rounder is? I am expecting someone like C.Martin, Wallin, Franklin or Fa.
Just remembered again that I can't even watch the ****ing fight live. Other half is singing at some concert and I agreed to go before the fight was signed. Status: IN HELL
Clearly a cash out for as much as they can get knowing the PPV extortion money will dry up after he gets beat. They will no doubt still be dressing up the usual shyte to pass off for PPV but that brings in less than the Juicusa PPV's so this is most certainly a shameless 25% increase to wet their beak one last time for the foreseeable future.
Adam Smith very elusive when quizzed about this earlier in the week- it was a Sky decision apparently.
