I respect the bodybuilder for losing those artificial muscles. And laying off the PED's and all those other anabolic substances he's been pumping into himself. Lol a skinny blob vs skinny bodybuilder.

no excuses - that what i respect about him.
literally joshua has had no excuses. so fair play to him

as for the other fighters theres an excuse for when they lose or when they look bad.

Pretty weird the disdain for Joshua on this forum. Weird fighter to pick on. I don't see what he's done to warrant it.

If Joshua comes back and wins that will look good. If he wins via ko that will be even better, for him. Some will say the first fight was a fluke. Fair enough. However, the vulnerabilities that helped create the loss are still there. He is probably as good as he will ever get. Other fighters that can fight have seen the blue print. Beating people like Martin....don't help a fighter. Beat an old Wlad that almost beat him. Wilder will knock him into another country if they ever fight. He should go into bodybuilding full time. Maybe write a book on how to lift weights or something. Just don't know how he can patch up the leaks in his game after such a bad beating from Ruiz. Know this is a bit harsh. Would like him to prove me wrong.

I think you should wait and see how the rematch plays out.

Kinda tells you how ridiculous the current state of things is if you feel like giving someone mad props for simply doing what they should do.

For me, the biggest question is -
Did AJ simply **** up, or he really is that bad of a boxer.
If he made a hot-headed mistake and now rectifies it in the rematch, respect and more power to him. Many greats and not so greats have had an off night, then got their **** together and showed everyone what’s what.
If the later is true, well, he may gain some respect if decent effort is shown.

Lol. He hasn't fought anyone worth a **** except Ruiz who he only fought because he thought he was fighting a scrub. Parker is not good. Povetkin is old. Wlad was old and coming out of retirement. Joshua's entire career has been smoke and mirrors

I know a lot of people who have come to this conclusion and think fair enough. It's only if they then go on to start making excuses for/pumping up Wilder's resume too that I start laughing.

Parker beat Ruiz. Even if you scored it for Ruiz and there’s a fair argument to do so there was very little in between them so how’s Ruiz great and Parker not good?

He's going right back in because he has a rematch clause that will make him $70m and Jnr a paltry $10m. Simples.

Never said Ruiz was great. Said he's good. Partially based on his performances against Parker and Joshua and partially my own eye telling me he's good. I'm just not impressed with Parker and never have been
