ok, whats the worst sanction someone could get for crashing your own car while intoxicated and not hurting anyone?
He'll probably just get his license suspended & community service. I'm just sayiing there's cases where this results in jail time. Thankfully no one was hurt but Spence dumb drunk ass

Of course he has money and got a great lawyer and is probably a 1st time offender. That was to be expected.
People talk about him not killing anyone, but that’s partly due to luck. He happened to not kill anyone because no one was around. His negligence has to be punished heavily. I have always thought about drunk driving with no casualties almost like attempted murder.

It could be nothing, but it’s his hand that is perhaps throwing people. When someone has nerve damage, brain damage, or spinal damage it can mess up their central nervous system, meaning you don’t have full control over your movement. So in this case, making a fist and giving a thumbs up. It looks like he can’t make a fist of it. Of course I’m sure he is fine, but if we’re overanalysing then that’s my conclusion.
I'm always so conflicted on drunk driving. Nobody has any bad intentions. It's a completely well intentioned crime for lack of a better term. Nobody wakes up and says I want to go drink and drive and hurt somebody. But then that can be the result of drunk driving. It's a poor decision. But when you are drunk your decision making is affected negatively.
