Wilder should of fought Povetkin and Whyte while he had the chance. Yes they are both very risky fights, and a decent chance he could lose to either of them, but if he did fight them and win, he would be making a lot more money right now, and would not have anywhere near as many critics.

wait wasnt ortiz supposed to be making 7 million? what are they expecting this thing to get 1 million buys?

LOL at everybody involved, wilder literally could have made $120,000,000 guaranteed for 4 fights and theres a possibility he loses on saturday and there goes the fury fight.

'In March, DAZN offered Wilder $100 million for a three-fight package, including two fights with Anthony Joshua.

The WBC heavyweight champion eventually declined the nascent OTT streaming platform’s payday, and went on to fight Dominic Breazeale on longtime broadcast partner Showtime, destroying Breazeale in one round.

“I didn’t take the DAZN deal because the people that were representing DAZN were coming with an offer that wasn’t up front and truthful with me. They came back and apologized to us. They knew they were in the wrong … The money is not going to be the motivator of everything. I bet on myself. I make way more money than what they’re offering anyway.''

DAZN doesn’t even have Joshua locked down to a contract, so DAZN couldn’t even guarantee the Joshua fight, so it was a useless offer.

He's such a ****ing goof. He lost out on a huge amount of money whilst also undermining his own legacy. What a stunning example of human stupidity.

'I know I’m the best and most exciting fighter in the world, and the best in boxing — period. I’ll go down to flyweight and fight ‘em to prove my point. Nobody is doing what I’m doing. If you don’t believe me, go checkout my knockout reel. A lot of people are envious of that because their career was not like that, but I’m blessed. I just thank god and wish them all well.”

Guaranteed 3 million plus PPV sales but then minus all the people he has to pay and taxes it's nowhere near big money. Big money is the reported 85 million Joshua is set to earn in the Ruiz rematch! Wilder will never make half of that in the remainder of his twilight career.

That’s “only” the guaranteed money. Canelo made 5 million, Golovkin made 3 million when they fought against each other.

In reality they both made more than 20.

But it’s funny tho that people here are laughing about 3 million, while they make 1500-2000 dollars a month with work.

This is the problem when IQ is below 75. Suddenly $3 million seems more than $100 million. And no one can convince you otherwise.
