    Almost 10 years ago now this forums favorite Boxer ever was nearly stopped by the lesser known Cotto. People still crap on Lomachenko for losing to Salido imagine if Canelo had lost this one.

    He had 32 pro fights when he faced Jose Miguel Cotto including two fights against future world champion Miguel Vazquez and bunch of fights against good/decent journeymen

    Even if he had 50 fights, Canelo didn't get his a$$ kicked like Loma, Canelo only lost that first round and dominated the whole fight stopping Cotto.

    The strangest thing is than nobody came even close to hurt Canelo nearly as badly as older, weaker Cotto brother did (Canelo was on the verge of being KO'd).

    Canelo has shown pretty good chin since then against hard-hitting guys.
