Frazier 0-2 against heavy hitters. Yep he'll weather the storm and block those shots with his chinny chin. Joe goes out like willy lump lump and looks for that soft spot on the canvas against the best finisher in heavyweight history.

George Foreman= Awesome powerhouse, a combination of heart, power size and strength. Still couldnt keep Joe down.

Tyson = Manufactured record of oft beaten one time contenders or alphabet titlists and outright hacks, folds against his elite opposition and to make matters worse gets destroyed by a fringe contender who couldn't punch in his 23 year old prime. He also never climbed off the floor to win a single fight showing his total absence of testicular fortitude.

Frazier whups Tinkerbell and makes him his son. Greatness vs a media creation.

Anyway Tinkerbell is aces by me (for a convicted you know what) but his obsessive fans are another matter.

Embrace the sport man, there's so so much more to it than just Mikey. Educate yourself, observe and learn. Forget what Steve Lott says, there's a wide open boxing world for you to appreciate if you take the Tyson blinkers off

 

If Mercante hadn't stopped the fight in Kingston ,and he was late in doing so ,Foreman would have killed Frazier.
Tyson is bigger ,faster, hits harder ,has ko power in both hands, and a better chin . He takes Frazier out inside 6 rounds.Tyson was knocked down by Douglas and was trying to stuff his mouthpiece in the wrong way round to continue.He was hit by monster shots by Ruddock and took them to win.This crap about he folds whenever he is under pressure was exploded years ago.

Frazier hid his title for two years, defending against two unranked nobodies!

No I'd rather take your zen like approach and bash fighters because of their fanbase.

I'm shocked people are picking Fraizer who has no escape, didn't hit as hard and lacked the chin to take a Tyson bomb.

This one could end quickly.

 

Frazier met one top puncher ,and he used him as a yo yo. He never weathered the shots of a Ruddock,Bruno,Smith.Decent puncher Bonavena had him down twice.

 

Prime Tyson has better durability than Frazier imo.Tyson has all the advantages here.Power ,speed, size,. two handed ko power,and chin.
Frazier hit Bonavena with everything he had for 15 rds and couldn't floor him, Tyson would have stopped Oscar.

 

This is a match up I think is extremely dependent on whether Frazier, the slow starter, can get past the early rounds blitz from Tyson.

If he could, and its not unreasonable, he would eventually begin to wear tyson down IMO for a later stoppage.

Still, its hard to pick against Mike here.
