    I re-watched the Ruiz vs Joshua PPV dvd and it still amazes me how much pre-fight crap there was showing Joshua demolishing opponents and talking heads analysis of Joshua's Superiority and insane skills in the ring then more Highlite Reel Joshua KO's then finally when you think the Ring-Walks might start Michael Buffer and Ring Girls start singing "Sweet Caroline" and the stadium joins in, at least the intoxicated ones did...

    I was thinking about that earlier, actually. I used to root for Deontay, a long time ago (when he was in the amateurs, the inexperienced underdog fighting on behalf of his sick daughter ...and hadn't yet developed this dickhead persona - or shown us his true self, whatever the case may be). I back then used to desperately hope that he would actually learn how to box, since he would then be crazy formidable. Alas, he never did...but he kind of is anyway, simply because of his somnolent fists and the division being so piss-weak.

    I really like Ortiz, and I'd like to say he has a chance, but I think Wilder does a demolition job on him. KO's him in 3.
