Twelve seconds between Ortiz being on his back and regaining 'verticality.'

LOL the Wilder hate is clear. 6-0? Wilder won at least 2 rounds, including one where he hurt Ortiz with a left hook. Stop with the excuses.

Wilder bid his time and knocked out Ortiz quicker.

Same thing is gonna happen to Fury.

Same thing will happen to Joshua.

I give Ruiz a counterpuncher's chance of winning, but if Ortiz couldn't do it, will be hard for Ruiz as well.

If whe ants a unification then why did he duck AJ and fight Breazeale instead?

    Do me a favour!

If he wanted the Fury rematch why did he give us the Ortiz rematch instead. Something that no one was calling for.

Elite power. But nothing else .

I thought Wilder looked bad against Fury.
He looked even worse in this fight.
    This was another farce.

To say NO ONE would get up from that is a stretch. There are guys with iron chins who wouldn't even hit the canvas. Not to mention guys who would have made Wilder look silly (or clean KO'd his ass out).

His footwork is comically bad for a supposedly elite fighter and he just looks to knockout his opponent. When the knockout doesn't come, he is going to get schooled or knocked out. Yes, Wilder is always a threat with his power but at a certain level you need more than power.

Uh, no. You're way out by yourself on a limb there, believing he won two rounds. He didn't. Not even MVC is saying that.

**** off. I thought he was up by 10. I'd have liked to see a replay to see if I saw correctly or not.

Wilder's only saving grace saves him again. That saving grace is, of course, having the single most freakishly hard punch in the heavyweight division of this, and possibly any, generation. Damn Ortiz getting my hopes up like that. Wilder really only has to be perfect for one second of the fight. :(

Okay, on the one hand, huzzah for actually having the right man ahead. On the other hand...what rounds could they have POSSIBLY scored for Wilder?

the fact that Wilder keeps getting knockouts after repeatedly being outboxed is telling of how **** the HW division must be. that, and that wilder's fought barely anyone of note. skill, power and good punch resistance more often than not beats raw power. so what are we reasoning exactly? that wilder is some anomaly of human power no other HW boxer has possessed? i'm not buying that.

in reality the only decent opponents he's fought are Ortiz (who almost had him out/thoroughly outboxed him) and Fury (who beat him).

Sign him up...if you think ole boy can not get hit for 12 rounds sign the contract. Not sure what else to say about it...he better have one helluva chin that’s all I know.
